CARIFTA GUIDELINES - The CARIFTA Guidelines are intended to provide consistency in how Federations organize CARIFTA Aquatic Competitions. Special thanks to Vincent Wallace-Whitfield (Bahamas) who first drafted the guidelines in 1999 which were accepted at the Jamaica 1999 Congress. They  have proved to be very valuable and have been updated with the changes approved at each CARIFTA Congress.
