Some teams are seeking permission to
use the logo created for the Championships. We will make it available to
participating federations, but please be mindful that 1. The CARIFTA 25 logo is owned by
the CARIFTA 25 Organizing Committee, any use of the logo must be authorized
by the OC; and 2. The CARIFTA 25 logo cannot be
used on products that are for sale. Authorization can be obtained by emailing the chairman of the Organizing Committee, John Eyre at asaj@cwjamaica.com or jmeyre@cwjamaica.com The following have been added to the meet summons - 1. 400M IM for 11-12 Female and Male have been added as events 45 and 46. The new event file with these changes is now available. 2. The entry fee for each water polo team is US$100 The age groups for the waterpolo competition are changed to 19 and under male and female and 16 and under male and female, to be consistent with the grouping for FINA Junior World Championships and 2010 CISC. The Organizing Committee is offering lunch options to teams at a cost of US$7.50 each. Managers can select one of three meat types, accompanied with rice, salad, vegetables and a drink. Orders should be placed as soon as possible, preferably with the rooming list....menu Managers are asked to submit group pictures of the teams to the OC for insertion in the Commemorative Magazine. These should be emailed to asaj@cwjamaica as soon as possible. We would also welcome information on your swimmers who have qualified for the Junior Olympics. Teams are being reminded that they are required to submit proof of times for all events 400M or longer. As stated in the summons, the swimmer will be seeded with NT if this is not presented. Teams should be receiving invoices now. Payment deposit can be made by telegraphic transfer, use of a credit card or cash on arrival. Please be reminded that the deadline for telegraphic transfer is Monday March 29 to provide sufficient time for interbank processing prior to your arrival. Deposit Payment Forms: Teams that include swimmers that are not citizens of the country but have resided there for the last twelve months must provide the Organizing Committee with proof of residency as stated by FINA:
