These
rates CANNOT be booked through a travel agency and MUST be booked direct with
the
hotel. They are not commissionable to travel agents. Rates are quoted nightly.
Meal
Package: Applicable for a minimum booking of five (5) rooms:
Full
breakfast up-grade - US$8.00 + 10%
service charge and 8.25% government tax per person/night
Dinner US$22.00 +
10% service charge and 8.25% government tax per person/night.
Includes soup,
main course, dessert and one non-alcoholic beverage.
Booking:
Supporters may telephone,
fax or e-mail their booking to the hotel.
Please ask them to state
specifically that they are attending the specific swimming association
tournament e.g. Water Polo Tournament. We will require a credit card guarantee
or cash deposit of one night per room booked to confirm bookings.
Payment/Deposit:
Please note we will require a confirmation deposit of US$250.00 to hold room blocks for groups of 50 rooms or more. For groups between 10 – 50 rooms, a deposit of US$100.00 is required. For less than 10 rooms, a credit card guarantee is required.
One night’s deposit on all rooms fully booked will be required 30 days prior to the group arrival with the balance due prior to the group’s arrival.
CANCELLATION/REDUCTION POLICY:
If at any time after the 30-day review and up to 72 hours prior to arrival, any of the group should cancel or decrease in anyway, a late cancellation charge may be assessed amounting to one night’s room revenue for each room cancelled. If cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to arrival or “NO SHOW” then a charge equivalent to one night room revenue will be assessed for each room cancelled.

If the progress reports, deposits, and/or payments required are not received from the Association by the specified review dates, the reservation may be subject to cancellation. Re-instatement of space will be made only upon receipt of payment in full and to the extent
