
To qualify for
the National X program swimmers must be 13 yrs and above and a member of the
Junior or Senior National Squads.
To remain in the program the
swimmer must be able to fulfill the following criteria
1.
Attend
10 training sessions per week or as agreed for CXC and ‘A’ Level swimmers.
2.
Be
on time for all sessions, consideration will be given to individuals who finish
school late.
3.
Willing
to work hard at all sessions
Training Times (this is the
basic schedule there will be adjustments)
If a National Junior Squad
session is on the same day swimmers will join that session. Attendance records will be kept, including
attendance at club sessions.
Monday 5 – 6.45am
Monday 4 – 6pm
Tuesday 3 – 6pm Dry land & Swim
Wednesday 5- 6.45am
Wednesday 4 – 6pm
Thursday 5.30 – 6.45am Dry land - Pm Club
Friday 5.00 – 6.45am
Friday Club
Saturday Club
Saturday 3 – 4pm Dry land Gym Session -
Cost $250 per
session. Swimmers should carry mats or
towels. Parents are asked to wait in car
park as gym is very small.
The 1st session will be on
Saturday May 13th at the gym.
