National Team Coaches
A team of two Coaches will be appointed by the Council of the Amateur Swimming Association of Jamaica, one of whom will be appointed as Head Coach.

- The Technical Committee will nominate the National Coaches. The nomination will consider the Coaches Certification status, experience, achievements and ability to develop and maintain swim programs.
- Nominations will be submitted to the ASAJ Council for ratification. The Council will have final authority for appointing National Coaches and may, if it sees fit, overrule the Technical Committee recommendations.
- A Head Coach will be appointed for a one-year period - September 1st to August 31st of the next year.
- The Assistant Coach will generally be appointed for a one-year period - September 1st to August 31st of the next year.
