Y' SPEEDOS MINE MORE GOLD IN DELFINES D'ORO SWIM MEET, PANAMA

'Out of a total of 27 teams from 6 countries, the 'Y' Speedos Swim Club Team swam into 3rd place by the end of the second day, Saturday, at the 12th Delfines D'Oro Swim Meet in Panama,
 
Their medal haul now totals sixteen (16), with eight gold (8), four silver (4), and four bronze (4).
 
Helping them on their way were gold medal swims from Matthew Hilton who broke the 9-10 50m Breaststroke record in 39.16; Cidonie Coke in the 6 & under 50m Freestyle, 49.06; Chanel Hill in the 7-8 50m Freestyle in 49.61; 9-10 Boys' 200m Medley Relay Team and the 11-12 Girls' 200m Medley Relay Team.
 
Winning silver medals were Matthew Williams 7-8 50m Backstroke in 41.97; Lemone Lowe 13-14 400m Freestyle in 4:35.74 and the 9-10 Girls' 200m Medley Relay.
 
The lone bronze medallist was 9-10 boys Ramon Walton in the 50m Backstroke.
 
The meet continues on Sunday and ends on Monday.
