MAYBERRY INVESTMENTS TO SPONSOR SCHOOLS SWIM MEET

Mayberry Investments Limited will for the fourth year in a row team up with the Amateur Swimming Association of Jamaica to host the Mayberry Investments Schools Swim Meet at the National Stadium Pool, Friday February 8 and Saturday February 9, 2002.  Over 1000 swimmers are expected the submit entries which close on Friday January 31.

While schools will be competing or top honors in four divisions; Prep School, Primary School, High School and Universities, the 17 and Over High School and Universities swimmers will race each other to add excitement to the meet. Medals will be awarded to the three fastest swimmers in each event. Special prizes will also be handed out. Mayberry Investments will be using the meet to educate the swimmers and parents about benefits of sound financial management.

Wolmers Prep are the overall defending Champs in the Prep Division, while Immaculate Prep and Wolmers will seek to remain as champions in the female and male prep divisions respectively.

Immaculate High, who have dominated girls schools swimming in the last year, will want to continue this trend and defend their title. St Georges College are the defending Male Champions and the University of the West Indies the Universities Champion.

                                    Pool will be open 1 hr. before starting time.
