 PRESS RELEASE 

December 12, 2002....'Y' Speedos are off on their travels again. Fresh from their victory in the Gold Las Lick Meet this past weekend, two groups will head off on Thursday in different directions to Panama and Plantation, Florida.
 
CISC swimmers Alford Green and Matthew Hilton lead the nine member team to Panama to take part in the Copa Barracudas International Meet to be held in Panama from Friday, Dec 13 - Sunday, Dec 15, Young Hilton will be looking to breaking more meet records in the Breaststroke events. Other swimmers in the group are Nikkita Chin-See, David Bromfield, Leachim Palmer, Taryn Bridgewater, Dane Todd, David Millwood and Moya-Gaye Richardson.
Senior Coach Michael Wilson and Manager Florette Blackwood are accompanying the team.
 
Meanwhile also leaving Jamaica on Thursday is a ten man team including CISC swimmers Gillian Millwood and Tiffany Walton. In the group will be young Ramon Walton,who has had a great record breaking year, Rohan Johnson, Andrew Cheong, Stephan Grant, Matthew Williams, Kristie Irving, Donovan Todd and Karl Todd. This group will be taking part in the Total Teamware Winter Classic in Plantation, Florida.
Coach Teddy Hayles and Manager Maureen Williams are the officials accompanying this team
 
Both teams return to Jamaica on Monday, Dec. 16, 2002, ready to go into top gear for the 8th renewal of The 'Y' Speedos' Karl Dalhouse International Memorial Swim Meet to be held from January 31, 2003 - February 02, 2003 at the National Stadium Pool.
