INTER SCHOOLS SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING COMPETITION
March 4, 2004……The Amateur Swimming Association of Jamaica will be staging its
first Inter Schools Synchronized Swimming Competition March 5 & 6, 2004 at
the National Stadium Pool. Four (4)
Schools are slated to compete in this inaugural event. They are
The competition will be staged in two (2) parts:
1.
The
Figures Competition (Technical Skills) which will be on Friday, March 5, 2004
commencing at 4:30 p.m.
2. The
Routine Competition (Performance Aspect) which will be on Saturday, March 6,
2004 commencing at 3:30 p.m.
The competitors will vie for points in Tier 1 to Tier 6
depending on their skill level. There
will be solos, duets and team performances at each Tier Level. A trophy will be awarded to the winning
school.
