ASAJ HOSTS SWIM CAMP FOR NATIONAL SQUAD

 

 

The Amateur Swimming Association of Jamaica for the 2nd time will be hosting Coach Rob Emary of Broward Aquatics Swim Club in Fort Lauderdale.  Coach Emary with the assistance of local coaches will be running a camp for National Squad Swimmers from Wednesday December 27th to Saturday December 30th.

 

This is the second year that Coach Emary will be working with local swimmers and to add to the excitement of the camp he is bringing three swimmers from his club, Broward Aquatics to participate.  This camp with special emphasis on endurance will provide our local swimmers with a great training base for the 07 season and the CARIFTA Swimming Championships to be hosted by Jamaica in April 2007.

 

The schedule for the camp is as follows

Wed Dec 27                            3.00 – 6.00pm            

Thurs Dec28                            5.00 – 7.00am             

Thurs Dec 28                           3.00 – 6.00pm            

Fri Dec 29                                5.00 – 7.00am             

Fri Dec 29                                3.00 – 5.00pm            

Sat Dec 30                               5.00 – 8.00am             

Sat Dec 30                               3.00 – 5.00pm
