BYE-LAWS
POWER OF COUNCIL TO MAKE BYE-LAWS
The Council shall have power from time to time to make such Bye-Laws and Regulations for any of the purposes provided in these presents and for carrying out its duties, or otherwise in furtherance of or in reference to the purposes and work of the Association as they may consider necessary or expedient, provided that any such Bye-Laws or Regulations shall not be repugnant to the Memorandum or the Articles of Association or the rules of FINA, either in substance or in spirit, and shall not provide for any matter which ought by stature or by these presents to be provided for by a special or other Resolution of the Association in General Meeting and the Council may from time to time (subject as aforesaid) revoke, any or add to any such Bye-Laws or Regulations.
