GENERAL MEETINGS

THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting shall be held once at least in every year in the month of November or not later than December 6th and at such place as may be prescribed by the Council, and notice of such meeting shall be given in writing not less than twenty one (21) clear days before the same, and such notice shall specify the day, place and hour of the meeting and shall include the agenda for the meeting.

Any Annual General Meeting as aforesaid shall be open to members and their membership but voting shall be restricted to the persons entitled to vote as hereinafter provided.

ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Any Ordinary General Meeting may be held between Annual General Meetings. These meetings shall be open membership but voting on any issue will be restricted to persons entitled to vote as hereinafter provided. Not less than fourteen (14) clear days notice in writing shall be given on an Ordinary General Meeting. Such notice shall be accompanied by an Agenda.

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Special General Meetings shall be called by the Secretary upon the instructions of the Council or upon the written requisition of two member clubs; such meeting to be called within 28 days of the receipt by the Secretary of such notice. Voting at Special General Meetings will be confined to persons entitled to vote as hereinafter provided. Not less than fourteen (14) clear days notice in writing shall be given of a Special General Meeting. Such notice shall be accompanied by an Agenda.
