NOTICE TO MEMBERS WITH NO REGISTERED ADDRESS IN JAMAICA
As regards those Members who have no registered address in Jamaica, a Notice posted up in the Registered Office of the Association shall be deemed to be well served on them at the expiration of seventy two (72) hours after it is so posted up.

Where a Notice is sent by post, service of the Notice shall be deemed to be effected by properly addressing, pre-paying and posting a letter containing the Notice, and (unless the contrary is proved) to have been effected on the fifth day following that which the letter is put unto the post.
