| SEAL USE OF SEAL The Seal of the Association shall not be affixed to any instrument except by the authority of a Resolution of the Council and in the presence of a least two members of the Council and of the Secretary, or such other person as the Council shall from time to time appoint for the purpose and such two Members of the Council and the Secretary, or such other person aforesaid, shall sign every instrument to which the Seal is so affixed in their presence. |
