SUBSCRIPTION PAYABLE IN ADVANCE
All subscriptions shall, until and unless otherwise determined by the Council, be deemed to run from the first day of the month in which the member is elected a Member, and shall be payable in advance.

POWER TO REMIT
The Council shall have power to remit the whole or any part of the subscription of any particular member, or to give time for payment thereof, or any ground which they may consider expedient or justifiable and they shall also have power to suspend temporarily the payment of subscriptions by any Member on the ground of absence abroad or any other circumstance which they may think sufficient to justify a suspension.

EFFECTS OF ARREARS IN SUBSCRIPTION
Subject to Articles 34, any member whose subscription is in arrears three months or upwards, shall cease to be a member, and Member Clubs in arrear as aforesaid shall have no representation at any Meeting, and will not be eligible to compete in any contest held under the auspices of the Association; and after registration notification to their President or Secretary shall be regarded in all respects as unaffiliated.

TREATMENT OF MONIES BY ASSOCIATION
All subscriptions of Member and all other income of the Association, and all gifts, donations and bequests to the Association not made for any particular specified purpose, shall form part of the common funds of the Association, and may be applied in such manner for such purposes as the Association or the Council exercising the powers of the Association which are vested in it shall from time to time determine.
