SwimJamaica Adult Programme Sign up for lessons

The programme is aimed at persons 18 years and over. Students receive a Skills Record Card when they start which outlines the 70 skills and seven stages within the programme.

Skills are similar to the Children’s Programme with topics including the four competitive strokes and fundamentals of lifesaving.

Our trained instructors and small class sizes enable both complete beginners and more advanced swimmers to develop their skills.
