Head Coach

- To maintain overall responsibility for the National Squad and National Junior Squad programs.
- To develop a training plan for the National Squads and National Teams selected for competition.
- To retain day to day responsibility for the National Squad.
- Establish and maintain communication with overseas-based swimmers.
- To monitor swimmers training programs and academic results.

Assistant Coach

- To retain day to day responsibility for the responsibility for the Junior National Squad.
- To assist the Head Coach.
