Jamaica's Emily MacDonald smashed the CCCAN 13-14 100 M Freestyle Record held by Costa Ricas Claudia Poll for three decades. Emily, who learn to swim in the Stella Maris Prep School SwimJamaica programme, was representing Jamaica at the 2018 CCCAN Swimming Championships held in Aruba.
